WELCOME TO DREAM BUILDER! This newly remodeled 4-bedroom and 4 bath Gulf Front home is where dreams are built. Featuring both a private pool and hot tub. New laminate flooring throughtout. Dream builder features a split floor plan with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area in the middle. The spacious vaulted great room opens to a large, covered deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is well equipped with breakfast bar and generous cabinetry. Living area features comfortable seating with breath taking views of the beach. On the right side of the home there is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and single vanity, and direct access to the covered deck. The second bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. On the left side of the home there is also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo, and direct access to the covered deck. The second bedroom features two single beds with an adjoining bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo. The large, covered deck spans the width of the home with stairs leading down to the private board walk to the beach. On the ground level of the home, you will find a private pool, hot tub, plenty of under house parking as well as driveway parking, outdoor shower, designated grilling area and boardwalk to beach.

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD players, well-appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, large, covered porches, private pool, hot tub, hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, concrete parking under-house, boardwalk to beach. Located close to shops and restaurants.
