Take in the relaxing gulf breezes, sounds and ocean scenery from multiple vantage points. The deck, screened porch, and private sundeck are all easily accessible and perfect for relaxing the day away. Or stay inside and enjoy the horizon vistas from every window! Sunny Cottage is wonderfully situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with mature landscaping which gives additional privacy. The bike/walking path and neighborhood beach access are a short walk away. Relax and take pleasure in the private heated (for a fee) pool on the beach side of the cottage and play ping pong on the quaint table underneath the house. Inside and out, Sunny Cottage is delightful! BEDS:2 queens, 1 twin, 1 queen sleeper sofa.
