Beautiful newly remodeled (photos Sept 2025) 3-bed 3-bath beachfront home perfect for families or adult groups, close to everything near the island center on St. George Island. 3-story home (no elevator) with ocean-front views from master bedroom and living room. King bed ocean front master with in-suite bathroom on 1st level. Second bedroom on 1st level with in-suite bathroom. 2nd level has an open floor plan living and dining room, full kitchen, and 3rd full bathroom. 3rd level is a large loft with kid-favorite triple twin built-in bunk beds and an a large couch that converts to 2 additional twin beds or a queen bed.  
  
Short walk to lighthouse park with the kids' playground. Across the street from Island Espresso, arcade and ice cream shop. Close to every restaurant and store on the island. True high-speed wifi. Smart TVs to use your streaming services (no cable/dish). New furniture, appliances, utensils, linens -- everything new Sept/Oct 2025. Regular pot and Keurig coffee makers. Full kitchen and dining with seating for 8 in dining area. Open floorplan. 3-level large open decks with water views. Large propane grill. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off sand right at the bottom of your steps. Large beach cart, 9 foot square canopy-style cover for shade on hot days, beach chairs, boogie boards, all for your use. Awesome St. George Island homes for families with kids or adults who want a location close to every restaurant, store, and event (Chili Festival, etc.) on the island.  
  
Splash offers a cozy beachfront stay on St. George Island for you and your loved ones and will make them say "Wow." Feel free to reach out to us during your stay. We are on the island for anything you need.  
  
Parking for 2-3 vehicles depends on the sizes of the vehicles (message hosts with questions if needed). Boardwalk along the side of the house is shared use with guests across the street at Joe Billy's.
