The Blue Parrot next door was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the Blue Parrot food and drinks. The pool was small but perfect for our small swimmers. This house is in the center of everything which allows you to walk to most restaurants and shopping. The beach is not crowded so you don’t have to jockey for a spot early in the morning. Great location for access to beach and local restaurants. This place has everything you need to relax and disconnect from the busy world and enjoy some much needed family time! The elevator worked great to help unload luggage and my disabled guests. For those disabled need to be able to do a step to get in home and out on decks. We brought a shower chair and non skid mat for wheel in shower in master on 2nd floor. The teens loved the bunk beds and all beds were super comfy. The pool is tiny but clean and refreshing. Convenient location. Walking distance to coffee, Blue Parrot, and Webster’s. Piggly Wiggly Express had everything we needed. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, great “extras” (beach towels, beach chairs, boogie board). Our only suggestion is get a bigger Keurig- for all adults it took a us over 15 minutes to get coffee, as it is a single serve- to be fair, there are also two drip coffee pots and another single serve Keurig on 4th floor. 'to go' food/drinks from Blue Parrot next door and people watching is amazing. You can open a door and hear live music or close the door and have complete privacy. The house is far bigger inside than it looks: each family can have a separate floor and have privacy/separate living spaces. I love my relatives but sometimes want a few moments by myself. Two living rooms is amazing and separate floors for bedrooms is what I need for some alone time. Jet Ski's next door. Pizza and donut shop across the street. The layout worked well for us, but the kitchen and table seating would accommodate a smaller group better. Maybe 8\. The pool is also very, very small. This is a very narrow house with multiple floors. There is an elevator but it is very slow. We only used it once. The kids didn't mind all the steps, but it might be too much for older people such as my husband and I. If I were younger, I would consider going back. It is oceanfront with ocean steps away the bedrooms are big and the the beds comfortable plenty of room for family of 11 and a dog. The 3 decks are wonderful to sit and watch the dolphins swim by very frequently. The elevator help with bringing our stuff in and out .everything was in walking distance the out door pool area was great. House is in an amazing location. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed our weekend with three families and didn't feel crowded. Kitchen is a tad tiny for the size of the house and lacked good cooking supplies and all the burners would not work. But we made due. We had poor internet due to interference with the restaurant next door and we had to listen to their music all week.
