This property is what you pay for, it is in the perfect location with a couple issues here and there. The main issue we had was the mold from the air conditioner unit and the mold in the bathrooms, the bathrooms have poor ventilation so there are to be spots here and there, but the mold in the AC unit was quite excessive, by the end of the trip we were all feeling quite sick out of nowhere. Otherwise the stay was great and the location is truly hard to pass up. ##### Julia L. Panoramic view of the beach and the gulf from the windows sweeping from the kitchen/dining area through the living room and the screened-porch (with master-bedroom behind it). Open floor plan made visiting with each other fun and easy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Nicely decorated with beach pictures. It’s a great house directly on the beach. Great back deck with chairs to enjoy the sun. Down the steps from the back deck, It’s only about 50 yards to the water.
