Turn Day: Saturday NEW EVENTIDE IS YOUR DAZZLING BAY FRONT ESCAPE! This new, custom-built home has been painstakingly constructed with every comfort in mind. The first level boasts the main living area with a marvelous open living, dining and kitchen. The expanse of windows across the bay side ensures plenty of natural light and the most stunning bay views. The home has all new furnishings, accessories and lovely historical nautical decor. It also features two totally separate heating and air conditioning systems, one on each floor, for precise temperature regulation and a tank less, hot water heater so you never have to worry about taking a cold shower. A half bath is smartly tucked under the stairwell, and a library of amazing books on St. George Island and the surrounding area are arranged on custom shelves. The dining room has amazing sinker cypress handmade table and 6 chairs. The exquisite kitchen has gorgeous quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and has been stocked with everything you could possibly imagine! Up the stairs is the bedroom level, boasting a generously sized Master suite with a splendid custom built king platform bed, master bathroom and a private screened porch. The perfect location for couples to take in those amazing sunsets over the bay every day of the year. The large guest bedroom is equipped with a grand king bed, private bathroom and a set of cozy single bunk beds, making this home the perfect bay front getaway for small families! The laundry closet on the second floor boasts a full-sized washer and dryer. Under this lovely home is a large area for your outdoor entertaining and enjoyment, equipped with a 6 person hot tub, a large swing, fire pit with Adirondack chairs surrounding, outdoor enclosed hot and cold shower and outdoor kitchen area with sink, gas grill and beverage center. K. 28 janv. 2026 Points forts : Propreté Eventide is the perfect place to stay on St. George Island. Panoramic views of the bay and a short walk to the Gulf. We walked for hours with the area almost totally to ourselves (great reason to visit in January)! The house is beautiful inside and out with everything you could hope for. The people and eateries are friendly, laid-back, and delicious! The views are spectacular! The beautiful story of Eventide and its owners is special. (You will have to visit to read about it.) This is a VRBO not to be missed. Thank you! This place is a must stay . The home was great! The views from this house was to die for . the home itself was wonderful, clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. The waffle maker was awesome lol and if you like sitting outside by the water this home is great for outside sitting too ! Over all it’s a must stay here .
