This stunning four bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home comfortably sleeps 10 and is pet friendly for up to two dogs (under 25 lbs. each) with a $75 pet fee per dog. Listen to the peaceful sounds of nature as ospreys and eagles soar overhead, searching the bay for fish. As a guest at A Turtle Haven, you'll have exclusive access to the Plantation's premier amenities, including two large community pools, a clubhouse, a 24-hour fitness center, three tennis courts (one featuring two pickleball courts), and a 3,200 foot private landing strip. The Plantation is meticulously designed with density controls, raised walkways, and underground utilities to preserve its lush, natural beauty - all within a gated community with 24-hour security. We bought 9 family members ages 7-53\. They also allowed our dog to stay, which was a big stress reliver since he has major separation anxiety. The simplicity of the island was exactly what we needed and wanted out of this vacation We loved that the house set back in our own little nook, we had privacy but any place we needed to go was easily assessable. The sunsets from the back deck were perfect over the bay. The only drawbacks were the down stairs thermostat would not go below 70 so it was hot in the master bed room at night and there were a lot of roaches both inside and outside the house.
