Tucked into the heart of St. George Island’s west end, Island Hoppers is a pet-friendly 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach retreat where comfort meets coastal charm. From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the care and creativity of new owners who poured their hearts into a complete top-to-bottom refresh. Nearly every detail is brand new—light-filled spaces, serene neutral tones, and thoughtful touches that make the home feel both stylish and welcoming.  
  
The wraparound porch, lined with rocking chairs, is an open invitation to slow down—whether you’re sipping morning coffee or raising a glass at golden hour while the Gulf breeze drifts by. A picnic table and grill set the stage for casual cookouts, and the double enclosed garage makes arrival and unpacking a breeze.  
  
Inside, the open concept space is dreamy in every way. Take the elevator to the airy living room which is anchored by plush couches and a huge 86" TV —perfect for movie nights after a sun-soaked day. The fully modernized kitchen shines with pendant lighting illuminating a spacious island, stainless steel appliances including double ovens, two dishwashers, a dedicated coffee bar, and even a whole-house water filtration system for extra peace of mind.  
  
Four bedrooms offer plenty of room for families and friends to spread out, sleeping up to nine guests comfortably. For the little ones, a high chair and pack-n-play are provided.  
  
Beyond the doorstep, you’re just steps from sugar-white sand and sparkling surf, with easy beach access directly across the street. A kayak is provided for cruising the surf for up close dolphin watching. Stroll to island shops, grab a bite at a local eatery, or climb the St. George Lighthouse for panoramic views. A short drive connects you to Eastpoint’s breweries and seafood markets, or the artsy, historic town of Apalachicola.  
  
Whether your plans include shell-hunting adventures, porch-side lounging, or memory-making dinners, Island Hoppers is a place where everyday cares drift away and the #beachlife begins.

Two dogs under 35 lbs with crates are welcome. $150 fee per pet.  
  
Your beach vacation rental through Gulf Coast Vacation Properties includes a $250 beach gear credit that can be applied to beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, paddleboards, kayaks, beach wagons and more!  
  
In addition to your beach gear credit, Island Hoppers also offers a variety of beach toys, tents, beach wagon and blankets, a kayak and a bicycle for guest use.
