The wrap-around porch lined with rocking chairs is an open invitation to slow down—whether you're sipping morning coffee or raising a glass at golden hour while the Gulf breeze drifts by. A picnic table and grill set the stage for casual cookouts and the double enclosed garage makes arrival and unpacking a breeze.  
  
Inside, the open concept space is dreamy in every way. Take the elevator to the airy living room which is anchored by plush couches and a big screen TV—perfect for movie nights after a sun soaked day. The fully modernized kitchen shines with pendant lighting illuminating a spacious island, stainless appliances including double ovens, 2 dishwashers, a dedicated coffee bar and even a whole house water filtration system for extra peace of mind.  
  
Four bedrooms offer plenty of room for families and friends to spread out, sleeping up to 9 guests comfortably. For the little ones, a high chair, pack-n-play and bouncer are provided.
