Open living and dining, three bedrooms, two baths and an enclosed private swimming pool. This adorable beach house is located near the bike path which means you can take a leisurely walk or bike ride to all the nearby island shops. Also, just a little stroll along the nearby beach paths to the beach. In the afternoons you can relax and enjoy your own island time by your private pool. So come stay, relax and make those beach memories at Latitude 29.  
  
BEDS: 2 queens, 2 sets of bunk beds.  
  
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD player, Keurig coffee maker, newly remodeled fully-equipped kitchen, new laminate wood floors throughout, nicely remodeled bathrooms, and a beautifully updated living room, completely enclosed screened porch and extensive sundeck for sunbathing, park style grill, enclosed outside hot and cold shower, fish cleaning station, under house concrete parking, bike path located near home, Washer/Dryer, Pool Heated during Winter months.  
  
POOL HEATED FOR ADDITIONAL FEE $400 PER WEEK  
  
Pet Friendly (dog only), restricted to 1 non-destructive dog. A $75 non-refundable pet fee is required.
