A Sea Of Sand & Stars has an excellent Gulf Beaches location close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, and the St. George Island Lighthouse Museum! The exterior of this property features a private boardwalk, an outdoor shower, and a park-style grill. A covered entryway provides access to the first floor, featuring a main bedroom with a flatscreen TV, a jetted tub, and a private deck overlooking the sea. The second main bedroom with a flatscreen TV is also on this floor. The second floor offers an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with colorful coastal decor and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and French doors and windows opening to the covered deck. The queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping options for your group. There is plenty of room for your crew at mealtime at the dining table and bar/counter that separates the kitchen from the living area. This galley kitchen is equipped with everything you need for beachside feast preparation! There is a sleeping nook in the upstairs open loft with two beds and a flatscreen TV. Beach gear credit is included with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, and more! THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
