CHILL INN ON SGI is a vacation paradise that is ready to make many family memories. Newly refurbished and elegantly appointed, this beautiful 5-bedroom 5.5 bath beachfront home sits among one of the islands most beautiful private lots with fantastic beach views. The second you pull through the entrance gate onto the brick paved driveway, drive past the gorgeous resort like pool with exquisite landscape and beautiful palms you will be ready to Chill Out at the Chill Inn! The first floor boasts a large comfortable family room that opens to a spacious covered deck, expanding the width of the home with ample outdoor furnishings. Follow the steps down to the beach on your private boardwalk. Also on this level is 1 King Bedroom w/full bath, 1 Queen Bedroom w/full bath, 1 Queen Bedroom w/full bath, a kid's bedroom furnished with a bunk bed (2 twin beds) and a twin pull-out loveseat sofa. There is an additional sleeper sofa, laundry and a full shared bath on this level as well. The top floor has a huge well-appointed kitchen with lots of cabinets, new appliances, vaulted wood paneled ceilings and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. The dining area has a large table with seating for 10 and a worktable with seating for an additional 4 that all have amazing panoramic views of the gulf! The marvelous views continue from the comfortable middle seating area into The Sandbar pub room with a large tv, wet bar, small drink refrigerator, family game art, pub table w/stools and additional comfortable seating including a pull-out sofa. Off the common living area on this level there is a shared half bath and another bedroom with King bed and additional full bath. The dining, sitting, and living rooms are all warmed with beautiful hard wood floors and vaulted wood paneled ceilings, perfectly appointed to take in the stunning views while visiting with family and friends. The outdoor deck off this level is the perfect place to lounge for a drink or enjoy some outdoor dining. A superb spot for taking in the stunning sunrises, incredible starry nights or watching the dolphins play in the beautiful blue water.

AMENITIES: Multiple smart TVs, large well-appointed kitchen with large breakfast bar and 3 bar stools, separate pantry, large dining room table with seating for 10, an additional pub table with seating for 4, hard wood flooring throughout the entire home. Top floor includes kitchen, dining, main living, entertaining wet bar area, drink refrigerator, sleeper sofa, King bedroom w/full bath, half bath, and large open deck. The first floor has an additional family room with sleeper sofa, 1 King bedroom w/full bath, 1 Queen bedroom w/full bath, 1 Queen bedroom w/full bath, 1 bunk room with 2 twins and a pull-out loveseat sofa, Laundry with new washer and dryer, a large covered beachside deck and two poolside decks. Outside there is an extensive 20 x 40 private pool with large pool deck and outdoor lounge furniture, a private boardwalk to beach, outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower, park style charcoal grill, under house concrete parking.
