Welcome to the Perfect Beach House. Stunning 3 BED 2 BATH close to the heart of St. George Island. Enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets from the deck or HOT TUB. This freshly remodeled home is new to the rental market. BRAND NEW stainless-steel kitchen appliances and an open floor plan with plenty of room for family and friends to create those special beach memories. LVP flooring, quartz countertops, tiled shower and bathrooms, and a separate washer and dryer area, Keurig coffee maker, SONOS sound system to name a few of the high-end items this beach home has to offer! Lower level game area, shaded seating group, hot tub and fire pit as well as outside shower to wash away all that beach sand! Please note weekly only Saturday to Saturday during spring/summer season.

We had an amazing relaxing week!! The view is priceless! The house has everything you need, from towels, chairs, wagon for carrying your beach essentials to well equipped kitchen. Caroline, the owner kept in touch through the check in process and was available if needed. Great communication! Will definitely be back!

What a wonderful week it was! The house was everything it said it was, and more. Check in was simple, house was clean and inviting, and accommodated any need we could possible want. My kids loved the downstairs playroom and hot tub. Having the beach chairs provided was a nice perk!! Quick and easy access to the beach. We were there for the 4th of July and right on the path of the water parade. So fun and just an added bonus! Our property mananger, Jenny, was so personable and made sure we had everything we needed. So nice to be treated to such great customer service. It was a perfect week!

Relaxing family vacation
My family and I had the greatest week!!! The home was just as described and was perfect for us. Communication between the owners family and myself was so easy the entire time. My husband and I love to cook and are in the kitchen a lot. I asked if a crock pot was provided in the kitchen, so if not, I could bring mine from home. They ordered one and had it delivered to the house prior to our arrival!!! I did not expect that at all, but thought it was super thoughtful. The view was amazing! We loved the huge deck for sunbathing and enjoying a meal. The beach was just a few steps away and we thoroughly enjoyed the recreational space under the house. My teenage kids loved playing ping pong and chilling on the couch. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Oh, and almost forgot, wifi and internet went out while we were there and was resolved and back on within just a few hours.

Great beach house
This was a great property. Good views with direct access to the beach. It was far enough from town that it wasn’t crowded, but close enough with a short drive to the shops and restaurants. Awesome they provided beach supplies and a cart to haul things down. And the hot tub was great to hang out and hear the waves from just over the sand dunes.

Awesome home right on beach
First time visiting SGI. The house was beautiful, great location with the beach right outside your door. Well stocked with all the amenities we needed, plenty of towels, washcloths. We enjoyed our short walk to the beach, (not crowded and no issues with the house being located next to public beach access), sitting on the deck in the evenings. The hot tub, games downstairs are an added bonus. Jenny the property manager is great. We plan to make SGI our destination for future beach vacations and hope to stay here again.

Let me begin with a shout out to Jenny! She is absolutely amazing and deserves a huge raise. We had an issue with the downstairs television. She was determined to get it working for football Saturday! Success thanks to her and Matt. Thank you for your genuine concern. She even brought me her own personal lobster pot for our shrimp boil. The home was super clean. This means a lot to me! The stars were spectacular! Being right on the beach was perfect for my grandchildren. We would recommend this home for the perfect family vacation. My husband and I have stayed in other houses on St.George Island in years passed, this was by far our favorite. The house was beautiful and clean. All the appliances were above par and it great working order. Everything was in the house, that was needed. This was with starting toiletries, all the way to beach accessories. The property manager is fantastic, and made us feel very welcomed. I hope we get to visit again.

Just the perfect relaxing getaway.
We really enjoyed our stay on the property. Pros: The wall of windows facing the beach in the living room is what you see when you first walk in. The huge deck on the back is amazing to watch the dolphins everyday. The 180 degree views of the ocean from the deck are breath taking. There are no planes pulling banners, no jest skis, no boats with parasailers, so it is just the sound of the waves and sun. We caught hermit crabs on the sand bar and buggy boarded the waves. The house had all the toys we needed for a good time. Love the beach chairs and jacuzzi. The entire island closes at 10pm so the nights time is very quiet for sleeping. Because of the nesting turtles the beach has no lights allowed so the stars and the moon on the ocean is all you see at night. We went to dinner at the Blue Parrott restaurant at 5:30pm and walked right in and got seated at a beach side table. There was never any traffic on the island and we could get to the shops in less than 5 minutes from the house. This experience was so relaxing compared to the normal PC or Orange Beach craziness. Weber's donuts and Abby's ice cream shop are a must experience. Cons: The public beach access right next to the house lead to alot of cars and gold carts parked outside the driveway during the day. The deck needs to be replaced was alittle scary with bare feet due to the old wood. Over all: I would highly recommend this house if you want to just relax and enjoy time at the beach with kids and fur babies.

My wife and I just returned from a spring break trip with our two younger sons and this property is 5 Star. The location cannot get any better and allowed for simple beach access. The property has everything you need and the beaches were far from crowded. Last, the property manager, was SUPER responsive throughout all stages- booking, prearrival, arrival and departure. If there is an issue, she's a short drive away. Highly recommend.
