New polywood loungers off the back deck for sunning or just reading your favorite book while the kiddos can have a snack at the picnic table. Comfortable rockers on the inviting front porch for afternoon beverages in peace and quiet. Back deck has seating for several to watch sunsets and that perfect cocktail or evening meal! Master bedroom has new walk in shower and a soaking tub to die for! If you've stayed before you must come back - if you've never stayed we welcome the opportunity to host you at Rosemary! Welcome to Rosemary! We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share our island beach house with you and your family! This beautiful, comfortable home is fully equipped and well maintained in a quiet residential area of the island. There are no homes on either side! You can walk to the beach access at the end of 11th Street (5 minute walk) or to a county owned bay shore at the end of the street! This state-owned section of Apalachicola Bay is great for watching sunsets, fishing or launching the kayaks provided by Rosemary! Enjoy the large, furnished, whimsically decorated outdoor living area under the house! Take in the fresh air within the lush, private, gated and fenced yard while relaxing and grilling! There's even a room to park your golf cart for those evening cruises around the back streets of the island! There is plenty of parking for long vehicles as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook could want, whether you are preparing a gourmet meal for a large family, or simply warming up left-overs. The master bedroom, Pelican Point, offers a king sized bed with Consumer Choice top rated Doctor's Choice Denver Mattress with Euro top. You will feel like you are sleeping in a coastal cloud. There is a large adjoining bathroom with both a stand up shower and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom, Mermaids Reef, has two twin beds with memory foam mattresses, the third bedroom, Blue Lagoon, has a full size, medium firm, Purple mattress and the fourth bedroom, Starfish Cove, contains a firm queen Sealy mattress. Even Goldilocks has a great nights sleep at Rosemary. The fourth bedroom opens out onto a private deck with steps down to the outdoor living area! There is plenty of outdoor living spaces for sitting, rocking, gliding and relaxing while enjoying the gentle island breeze. The private yard is fenced in so your furry beach buddies can explore. There is a kids club under the stairs and outdoor seating just their size. Your island retreat includes free wi-fi, multiple Roku televisions, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a Keurig coffee maker, but be sure to bring your favorite pods! We are pet friendly, and limit to two medium sized dogs only. Pet fee is $100 per pet, limit 2 unless permission from homeowner is obtained. \*\*\*\*\*Early check-in is NOT available in high season months (March, June and July). Mid season and Low seasons early check in is available if scheduling permits please be sure to ask a week before your arrival to make sure it can be arranged. The fee is $100 for a 2pm arrival no exceptions. \*\*\*\*\*Late check-out is NOT available in the high season months as noted above. Please ask the property manager if it can be arranged no later than the middle of your stay. If there is a “back to back” guest reservation that day we cannot allow it. I was told by the Property manager to make things right one night would be refunded and also the cleaning fee, also reaffirmed Friday when he dropped off wash cloths. This was our first stay at the Rosemary. We were thrilled to have a fenced in yard for our pups! They enjoyed having freedom to explore and we enjoyed being able to let them out without having to walk them each time. The house was clean and convenient. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will difinitely be back and hope to book the Rosemary again! ##### Bekah W. Was just what we were looking for..mature tree shade, seclusion, privacy, space, outdoor living, fenced yard for dog, within walking distance to both gulf side and bayside beaches. Arrival was distressing...after 10 hours in the car we arrived to find the house had not been cleaned, there were no linens, etc. I contacted the property manager (Sam) who apologized and arrived within the hour to clean and sanitize and make beds, then returned the following day with extra linens and supplies. Location is great; loved the fenced yard for our dogs and the easy access to both beach and bay. Kitchen is well equipped. Mattresses are brand new! The ROKU TV didn't work because we couldn't get the WiFi to work, but we didn't report it (because frankly we didn't care.) Sam was informed by text as we checked out. In spite of the rocky start we had a great stay and would definitely recommend. Good value. ##### Donna L M. If you like to kayak, there are two but you best have a kayak carrier if you choose to use them. The kitchen is fairly well furbished however, bring your own sponge/dish rag and possibly your own bottle of Dawn. There is a good washing machine and dryer in the kitchen but bring your own detergent/softener. Bathrooms are good with very nice towels; mgmt supplies hotel bars of soap and shower gel. If you are fussy about your toilet paper, bring your own. TV and Internet works really well. Beds are magnificent and cozy to sleep in. This place makes it easy to have a very nice vacation on St. George Island. ##### Mary M.
