Community Pool! This stunning 3 floor beach house offers incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and Apalachicola Bay and is directly across the street from the wooden beach boardwalk providing access to the award winning beaches of St George Island. Both the first and second floors feature outdoor sitting areas. The community pool with both open and covered spaces is the perfect spot for relaxing in the chaise lounges by the pool and basking in the warm Florida sunshine. After a day by the pool or the beach, the private outdoor shower (hot/cold) is a perfect way to rinse off! You'll wake up in this lovely light and bright bedroom with a king bed on the first floor and Gulf facing views with sliding glass doors leading out to a balcony. This bedroom features a full private bathroom with double vanity, matching mirrors and shower/tub combination. The luxury continues in this second king master bedroom with Gulf facing views and leading out from sliding glass doors to the first floor balcony. Tasteful touches in this bedroom feature an elegant wooden king bed, 2 night stands, oversized chair, designer armoire with TV, closet and ceiling fan. The full private bathroom has a double vanity, separate enclosed private toilet area and luxurious tub with a separate walk-in shower. Relax and unwind in this cozy master bedroom with king bed, two night stands and a lovely wicker chair. There is a separate dresser and mirror, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. We've been going to St. George Island as a family for over 20 years. We've stayed in the Plantations and the center of the island, but this is the first time we've stayed at the East End.
