This 5-bedroom, 6-bath home is built for family fun, with every bedroom featuring a private bath. Highlights include two family rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a game-packed loft, and a private hot tub on the second-floor deck. Relax on the upstairs patio with a fireplace, TV, and stunning views. Two paddleboards are included, with more available for rent at the resort. The Pearl also provides a ping pong table, a Pac-Man arcade game, and an air hockey table. Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area to which a limited number of properties will have access. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. It is a construction zone at this point and we didn’t realize that. The Desert color complex isnt quite complete yet. The pool and hot tub are open and are very nice. The condo has 4 king beds and TVs in every room which we enjoyed. A couple of things we needed were salt and pepper shakers, would have also liked ice in the fridge dispenser.
