This vacation rental is perfect for your vacation rental getaway! This one-level home offers so much to enjoy! The living room has plush couches and room to seat 7. Enjoy the flat-screen TV as you kick up your feet. The dining room will seat up to 6 with additional seating at the bar for two. The modern kitchen has all you will need to prepare and serve your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (gas top stove), and granite countertops, and the two windows brighten and invite you to hang out. The sliding glass door walks out to a wonderful covered patio. The patio furniture provides a table and chairs with a grill for additional cooking options. The master is spacious and has a king bed and a huge full bathroom. There are two more bedrooms both with queen beds and another full bathroom.

Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!

Great home and great location!

Property was very clean and orderly; kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We have celiacs in our family so we have to cook on site. Our daughter, son-in-law and infant joined us for a few days, too, so we had 5 adults and a 9 month old. It was great!

Clean and quiet

New and clean home with everything as advertised, but two comments for improvement: 1) front door lock needs to be improved for unlocking. Had to use code several times to unlock door, 2) not everyone has tv streaming subscriptions. It would be great if owner could pay for basic cable to at least have sports channels like ESPN and tnt for example.

Excellent stay. Our air mattress had a hole and they were quick to deliver a new one. Perfect location close to bike trails. I do wish it had bigger beds as the sleeping situation was not ideal for as many adults as we had.

Perfect location for outdoor adventures

The property itself was great, had everything we needed, great location for getting to all the mountain bike trails (we could even bike to Church Rocks right from the house), and the pool/hot tub were an added bonus. Upon arrival it was clear the property had not been cleaned, but the property manager address it right away and bent over backwards to make sure all was well. Only complaint was the choice to only supply a Keurig coffee maker and no pods to go with it, so we had no way to make coffee on the first morning (rule #1, don't mess with people's coffee). We ended up buying a coffee maker to use with the coffee we brought, as we're not fans of Keurigs. Would suggest letting guests know what to expect with the coffee situation.

Campus Tour of Dixie State!

We stayed in this home with my daughter and her friend when we traveled to St. George for a campus tour of Dixie State University. The house was clean, cozy and perfect for the weekend! The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental home. We highly recommend this house!

A well stocked home

This home was exceptionally clean and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything needed to make all meals. The house is located close to the trailer parking which made parking our boat super convient. We will be back!

Graduation Vacation

This home was beautiful and spacious, I especially loved the covered patio & BBQ. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans which I love as I love to cook. The only thing I would suggest would be to have some plastic wrap on hand as we had a hard time trying to cover leftovers and we didn't think to buy it at the store when we were there, and maybe a clock in the bedrooms. Beautiful area, would definitely stay here again!!

Nice place, plenty of room. Needed a few more blankets.

Property was nice, pool was great! We brought supplies, but there was plenty all ready there. The pull-out couch was not great for sleeping on. Grill was dirty, we had to buy a new brush to clean it. However, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it!
