We loved the available game options since our weather wasn’t great. However, there were several details that didn’t make the experience as nice as we’d hoped. The host/site was not about the fee structure until after we’d completed checkout—beware—fees were almost equal the cost of the actual rental. The second bedroom had a gross barf/poop stain on the back of the door, and the closet lightbulbs needed to be changed. The sheets were laundered, but not the duvet. Mattresses in both rooms felt sleeping on a cardboard box covered in plastic. There was rancid coffee in the coffee maker. Overall attention to cleanliness and upgrading come basics would go a long way! We would stay at this resort again, but not this particular property. ##### Emily W. Our unit was fine and clean, but there was NO written instructions on use of ANY electronics, NO instructions as to what is considerered recyclable in St.George. NO instructions as to operation of any condo amenities. We pay a management fee for, I guess, so you know when to check in, when to check out, and your access code. When owners were communicating with us, we received detailed instructions into usage of their property. We've stayed there many years now and feel that the overall exterior maintainance of Las Palmas resort is deteriorating. It is still a great place to stay, but renters need some guidance into using the facility appropriately. Thank you ##### Julie B. It was very clean and each room was a good size, making us feel like we had space to relax. Everything we needed was provided and functioning correctly. We liked the location. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room in the dining and living room area to entertain family and friends. From the dining area and balcony, we had a gorgeous view. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed walking about the resort and swimming in the pools although we were disappointed that the large outdoor lap pool was not heated (not the fault of the owner). We could have used a map of the resort and information about where to take garbage and recycling but we did figure this out on our own. Las Palmas is within easy driving distance from the St. George downtown and about an hour from Zion National Park. ##### Alice R.
