The property management firm was pleasant when we did get through. The unit is up 1.75 flights of stairs and there is no elevator, which wasn't mentioned in the listing and was a problem for my 75 year old mother. The fold out couch bed was very uncomfortable, but sleeping on the couch (not the fold out bed) was reasonably comfortable. Finally, they apparently bill through a third party app and my information "didn't transfer from my VRBO booking" and I received 3 aggressive calls requesting I pay them directly over a 6 hour period while I was trying to figure out if it was a legitimate request. ##### Candy J.
