Fun At The Ledges is a spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 2,692 sq ft villa ideally situated just steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. This well-designed property boasts a large kitchen and two outdoor living spaces, providing ample room for everyone to enjoy. The main level features the master bedroom and a fantastic, well-equipped kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, making it convenient for guests to dine in during their vacation. Step out onto the lower back patio, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Upstairs, there's additional outdoor patio space on the upper balcony, featuring a seating area with lounge chairs to relax and enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon at any time of the day.

Southern Utah's outdoor attractions, including Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away), offer a breathtaking backdrop for exploration. For nighttime entertainment, catch a play at the Tuacahn theater located just 10 miles away.

Fun At The Ledges provides a range of on-site amenities, including local hiking and biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickleball courts (with paddles and balls provided), a spacious pool (beach towels provided), a 20-person hot tub, poolside lounge area, and a kids wading pool. A Perfect Fall Break Get away

We stayed here over fall break and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room to accomodate our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook a few meals there which was very nice. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and pickle ball courts were a hit with the kids. We definitely plan to stay here again.

This is wonderful property for plenty of family, friends or like us, workmates. Had a one week job in St. George. Fun @ Ledges was a great base camp for work but also having our own individual spaces at night and in between work days. Would stay again.

Family spring break trip

Perfect for multigenerational family trip. So close to great hiking...snow canyon only minutes away. Probably one of the few places I have stayed that is actually nicer than the pictures.

Great Experience

Great experience for our family and get away for a short trip away from the cold of Northern Utah. Property was clean and had all the comforts of home. We were able to cook all the meals for a large group without having to eat out all the time. Having pool access and pickle ball courts were a great addition especially with the past year of activities being shutdown for our kids. We are looking forward to using this property and would recommend it to those looking for a retreat and get away with the family.

Nice Place

Nice place. Great location. Very well kept property. Beds in the bunk room are uncomfortable for adults. Gas fire pit did not work all weekend and given the weather on the holiday weekend not having that rendered the deck useless in the evening. Owner is supposed to give a credit back for that. Dish TV did not work on Saturday and we spent personal time on the phone clearing that up. Kitchen was well stocked for a family to have Thanksgiving. Overall good place and our family had fun.

Almost perfect....

Beautiful, clean and spacious home. However, most of the beds were rock hard, making getting a good nights sleep a little tough. As much as we liked the rest of the house, this is a deal breaker and we would not go back until they upgraded their mattresses. Another small side note is the ice maker wasn’t working, which was unfortunate.
