There is a peaceful, private, spacious front courtyard to take in the captivating red rock views and a semi-private back patio to observe the ducks and wildlife swim in the tranquil pond with 24-7 waterfalls. (Non-golf-course unit). If you're looking for a home base to explore the parks and trails, this spot will not disappoint. There are biking trails out the front door, and Snow Canyon State Park is 3 miles away. The home is tastefully appointed with all the comforts of home and then some. If you desire more room, the adjoining 800 sq. ft studio suite can be booked through the 2BR listing. For the golfer, there are many stunning courses in the area, the closest being the brand-new championship Tom Weiskopf 19-hole Black Desert Golf Course right next door to Entrada. Black Desert hosted the PGA tour in the fall of 2024 and will host the LPGA tour in the spring of 2025\. (There may be some availability for you to play the private Entrada course with a member. Tee times are released 2 weeks in advance and fill quickly. Tee times available will be after noon. Inquire for more details.) The newly renovated private Sol Mesa restaurant is now open and available for your enjoyment as our sponsored guest. In addition, there is an outdoor dining venue, Koko's Patio, which serves breakfast and lunch and is available with reservations (and limited walk-up) as our sponsored guest. It's in a gated community by Snow Canyon and is close to lots of great hiking, Harmon's Grocery store (the best), the best restaurants, and downtown St. George. There's an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs so you can enjoy dining/sitting outdoors while watching the ducks in the pond and the view of the mountains of Snow Canyon (which have magnificent colors when the sun is setting). Beth, the owner, is quick to respond to any questions. The home was immaculate when we checked in. The kitchen had delicious welcome pastries and treats in a basket. There are plenty of utensils, cutlery, coffee mugs, dishes, glass storage containers, etc. The bed is comfy and they offered silk pillow cases for your stay (a nice touch). There were lots of clothes hangers (YAY!) and a safe in the closet. The towels are large and soft and there are plenty of them. Everything was in working order and we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the close proximity to everything we enjoy doing. ##### Laurie R. We have stayed many times in St. George, visiting our daughter in college, and this has been by far our favorite! Every detail to make our stay comfortable was thought out and of the highest quality. The views and surrounding area, are majestic. Great location, easy access to town, and a quiet oasis for relaxing. Communication with management was easy, efficient, professional, and kind. From kitchen amenities to bathroom supplies. The location is quiet and secluded. So many beautiful options/ trails, directions to walk, ride a bike, jog what ever you desire.
