The neighborhood cats got into the already full garbage can outside and dragged garbage through the yard at night. Well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook something, full size fridge, dishwasher, laundry machines, huge TV in the living room, comfortable beds, large well-equipped bathroom, dependable wifi, and more. Nice sitting area with firepit outside, though we didn't get a chance to use it. Very convenient to park right by your front door. Nice neighborhood to walk through. Very responsive host. A great value for the price! Notes: there is no central air so you will hear the individual units running but it didn’t bother us a whole lot. Also, there is a rooster near by that starts his call early in the morning. The only problem we encountered is that the outdoor light in the carport did not work, but to be fair we never reported it to the property owner, and she was very responsive so I am sure had we contacted her it would have been resolved.
