This spacious and beautifully maintained two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers everything you need for a memorable getaway with family or friends. Inside, you'll enjoy an open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings, and a spacious patio that overlooks the family pool area—the perfect spot to relax. The home is fully furnished and features: A queen-size bed in the master bedroom A queen bed in the second master suite with a twin sized bunk bed, and two single sized roll away beds stored in the closet. St. George also hosts popular events like the Utah Shakespeare Festival, Huntsman World Senior Games, and the St. George Marathon. Guest Access: Access to six swimming pools, Las Palmas pools as well as The Hub Clubhouse, pools and amenities. Other amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, splash pad, ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, full workout facilities which includes free weights, circuit training machines, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc. The Neighborhood: Green Valley Getting Around: St. George is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the city’s bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures. Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary—especially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance. Well stocked kitchen. Bathtub drains need to be cleaned out - standing in 2-3” of water while showering. Master bedroom really should have a king size bed. I almost didn’t book this unit because of it only being a queen bed. Overall a great place to stay. With a few updates the place has the potential to be great. There were a few reasons for the lower mark in cleanliness. The floors and especially the carpet is well overdue to be cleaned. The blinds had missing slates, and the master bath didn’t drain very well. The chair and footrest in the master bedroom looked well used and needs to be cleaned. Property manager organized and communicative. There was plenty of room for our kids to come visit and play. We really loved looking across at the pool from our deck. Plan on staying there again next year. ##### Blair J. I needed the address and that information came a little later than I was expecting I’d like to be able to plan ahead but we left late so it was OK. The unit was spacious with vaulted ceilings. The beds information is misleading there is space for six people to sleep in beds there is one pull out bed that would only be comfortable for a small child. We were short one bed we had eight people in our party and the unit listed eight beds I called the property manager and they insured me that there were eight beds but that simply was not the case so one of our kids slept on the couch that does not pull out to a bed. If you are going to advertise eight beds have 8 beds. If you don’t believe me go to your unit and check I would not lie about that. Bring extra garbage bags dishwasher tabs and toilet paper they only supply you enough for 2 to 3 days. They send you an email with this information but I didn’t notice it until I ran out of those items. The views were nice. The resort was nice but their hours of being open we’re in accurate and they kind of decide whether they’re going to stay open later or not based off of how busy it is this is not the rentals fault, but the resort. There were some things needing repair. We had four or five lightbulbs out I called the property manager and they said they would tell maintenance but nothing was ever done. I did have a toilet clog twice and maintenance actually came to fix that but only that. If they added in the eighth bed and we’re quicker on their responses and followed up on things I would consider staying there again but at this point the service and experience was unsatisfactory. ##### Matthew B. Ice maker in freezer did not work, couldn't get fireplace to work, unable to use the elevator to get down the 3 floors, beds were uncomfortable. Furniture was very worn.
