Desert Serenity is a brand new home and was complete in December of 2018\. Come and enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer, in comfort, while staying in our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by incredible mountain views. La Verkin is centrally located to all that Southern Utah has to offer. Our home is 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon. We are located only 15 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek State Park, where you will have access to most water sports, endless ATV trails and sand dunes. Sky Mountain and Sand Hollow Golf Courses are located only minutes away while Coral Canyon Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are within 40 minutes. There are also countless trails for hiking and biking. For those interested in shopping and entertainment you can be in Saint George in 25 minutes, catch a live show at Tuacahn in 45 minutes and be in downtown Las Vegas in 2 hours. There were plenty of parks within driving distance. We made it to Zion, Kolob Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Red Cliffs and the Valley of Fire. We were close enough to Zion that we could get there in 20 minutes but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the crowds. The home is well stocked. It is always stressful when you are traveling with kids and are not sure what supplies you will be given. I am happy to report that we had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, kitchen spices, saran wrap, tin foil, sandwich bags and a bunch of other little things that made life easier. You can tell when a host takes great pride in providing an enjoyable experience for their guests when they are generous with their supplies and even give you extra. We did not run out of anything. If you did forget something, there was a grocery store within a short five-minute drive. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes and appliances that you could need. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. It was truly our home base and can't even think of any suggestions to make it better. ##### Melissa H. Each couple slept in a king bed and had their own bathroom. Lots of closet space to spread out. The Host has thought of everything we might need. No small detail was over looked. Huge, finished garage to store our vehicle and gear. I was sad we did not have more time to just hang in this beautiful home and relax. The drive was not as convenient from Zion when you are tired at the end of the day, but worth it in regards to comfort and value. Make sure you eat in Springdale before heading to La Verkin.
