"I had a great stay , kept extending as my husband was in the hospital hotel Dieu It is in a great location . Not too difficult to get to from the hospital. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only thing is I don’t know why they didn’t fill up my soap and shampoo dispensers . I mentioned it once to the front desk but it still was not filled and I didn’t complain because I had my own stuff Definitely would go back In fact I checked out this morning but booked again for tonight . "It was a really nice renovated room. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint is the property needed to be mowed. Outside of that I would totally stay there again "

"The place was ok. very clean and well maintained. However the check-in was a hassle to say the least. I called 3 times to make sure they would send me a code due to my 3am arrival. despite being assured of that I never got the code and wasted an hour having to go to the ambassador Hotel and pick up a key with instructions. The receptionist told me that this was due since i had not paid. However I had the card file and he processed it right as we spoke! "

"Super close to ski slopes. Modern and clean. Convience could not be better. However, there was a bit of bathroom mold that could have been adressed as well as a bit of peeling paint and a missing window curtain slat. These little things turn a 4 star into 5."
