Friendly, welcoming staff. Rooms clean with all amenities. The building is rundown on the outside. Needs some paint or new siding.

My husband and I booked a king superior suite for an overnight getaway and overall we were very pleased with stay the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Heat worked great. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. Hot tub was so relaxing but the motor for the jets was loud. Pool looked inviting but we didnt get in as we didnt want to make a cold wet walk back to our room lol
Night staff and morning manager was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was warm and filling.

Everything was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Double sheets (over and under the comforter) is a plus. The self-serve breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

The pool and hot tub are great. The rooms are dated. The heater sounded like a diesel truck taking off on the interstate each time it kicked on. The halls were noisy, especially in the AM.
Decided to leave at 2am and driving home because my kids woke up every time the heater kicked on or someone entered/exited their room.

This hotel was listed as a Baymont by Wyndham so we thought it being a Wyndham property it would be nice. However it was dirty, the room smelled like mold & there were multiple broken things in the room. I would suggest Wyndham do a surprise inspection on this place & check rooms 128 especially. Even the breakfast offered was mediocre as they only put 6 of the mini donuts out at a time. Guests had to keep asking if they had more of the bakery items available & only when asked did they restock.

Thank you for your feedback. As the literature in the rooms state that is our attempt to be a more "Green Hotel" and reduce the strain on the environment. However, the literature also states that if you wish to have your linens and towels changed more often to simply let the housekeeping attendant know. We hope you will consider staying with us again as we do appreciate your business. We wish you safe future travels.
Baymont hotels are just not up to our standards. Customer service was great, and the room was clean but the smell throughout the hotel was awful. The bed was rock hard, and the air conditioning was working hard to get it chilled in the room. The pool and hot tub were nice but wear and tear throughout the hotel was apparent with patch jobs EVERYWHERE!

The staff was very nice, however, we had to switch rooms because our first room smelled so musty and moldy. the second room was better. Building is old and rooms are ok, but not great. peeling paint, dents, and an overall damp feeling throughout.

Spend my honeymoon weekend it the executive suite with hot tub. Was amazing. The breakfast in the morning includes eggs and sausage or sausage gravy on top of the normal breads, cereal and juices a typical cheap continental breakfast gives. Very friendly staff and very decent pool facilities. We are planning another weekend trip there soon!

The beds are too hard. Felt like I was sleeping on boards. Then when I got moved to a Handicapped accessible room, the bed was too high off the ground. Room 106. The cleaning staff were really nice. As were the front desk people

Just a little FYI - The pool towels are smaller then guest room towels and the reason for that is usually during the summer people oddly enough take our pool towels home, at times we will find dozens and dozens of towels missing from our inventory every month. So we do go with the most cost effective towels for that reason. Just letting you know the truth. Hopefully you will stay with us again.
