"The staff were incredible, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food was sensational, everything perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented as impressively as the view.
Everything just felt genuine, from the housemade seaweed butter and sourdough to the good mornings and small talk.
We can't thank the team enough."

5/5 Excellent
"We stayed there a few years ago and it has had a total makeover since then. It is in a great location and we think it is reasonably priced compared to some hotels in Jersey. Breakfasts were very nice and the pool area has also been renewed."
"We had another fantastic stay at the Somerville Hotel to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We were met at the door by a very friendly gentleman who welcomed us to the Hotel and showed us to reception. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived giving us information on all surrounding areas and interesting places to visit and taking our cases to our room. Once in our room, we found a welcome gift and card congratulating us on our anniversary which was nice. Our room was lovely and spacious with a large bathroom and stunning views of the bay.
If I had to be picky the only negative about our whole experience was that at breakfast, on the second morning, our order was mislaid or forgotten and we were left waiting with an empty table for around an hour before I enquired about where our breakfast was. It was then another 15 minutes until the food appeared with lots of apologies. This blip didn’t spoil our stay as we were looked after very well each morning after and nothing was too much trouble. 😊
