This splendid house has been designed in a contemporary décor with spectacular views over St. Jean's Bay and the ocean. Nestled in a lush, tropical setting, clinging to the hillside, it is accessible from the private parking by a stone staircase through the garden. With high-end amenities, the villa is located only a few minutes away from Gustavia as well as from Gouverneur and Salines beaches.

The Villa:  
Built with modern architecture on three levels, this outstanding vacation homeinis tastefully decorated in a minimalist and sober style.   
  
The large living room opens onto the terrace with a spectacular ocean view. It is located in this large and airy space, featuring a wooden table that can seat up to twelve people, in perfect harmony with the artistic style of the property. Another very comfortable living room is in an adjacent room, which is a perfect place for relaxation being furnished with a large sofa and a coffee table in a refined decoration. This is the ideal place to enjoy very private moments or movie nights during the evenings.   
  
In the same space, you will find the fully equipped kitchen that features a large counter, as well as high stools for morning breakfasts or coffee. It is also equipped with a blender, dishwasher, espresso machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and an ultra modern wine cellar.   
  
In the quiet atmosphere of the terrace of this amazing villa, you will find the large, 18-meter, heated infinity poolwhich stretches across the width of the villa, perfect for relaxing moments in front of the spectacular view. Surrounded by palm trees, you will appreciate lounging on the chairs or on the comfortable corner sofa, also facing the breathtaking ocean view.   
  
Perfect for a vacation with friendsor for a large family, this spacious villawelcomes you in four, very comfortable bedrooms. All are equipped with their own private bathrooms and are tastefully decorated. The first suite is on the upper level and offers a magnificent view over the bay, while the second room is on the main level and opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool. The other two suites are on the lower level and open onto beautiful views over the nearby hills in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
