Sea View is a well presented modern apartment close to the historic Charlestown Harbour. The family sized accommodation includes an open plan living area/kitchen, a king sized bedroom and a further double bedroom, a family bathroom and separate shower room. The secure grounds have pleasant communal areas and the apartment benefits from its own parking space.  
  
Charlestown is a beautiful village with a local shop, restaurants, fantastic walks and the highly popular harbour and beach. St Austell town centre is only a 5-minute drive and has a wide range of amenities including high street and local shops, a wide range of pubs and restaurants and supermarkets. Within easy access to Charlestown the surrounding areas offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a wealth of activities and tourist attractions including the world famous Eden Project.
