White Rose is structured toward family vacations. Being a family ourselves, we are set up and geared toward children of all ages. We welcome you to come and bring your children and make beautiful memories year after year. Per insurance guidelines, you must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation. PET POLICY: Nonrefundable pet fee of $150 for 1 dog, $250 for 2\. Dogs no larger than 30 lbs. each. No other pets allowed. You must pick up after your pet. If housekeepers have to dispose of pet waste there will be a fine of $750\. Any non disclosed pets found on property will also incur a fine. Please let us know prior to arrival if you will be bringing any dog(s). •Please keep pets off furniture. We ask that if your pets do tend to lay on the couch or the bed at home to please go ahead and bring your own pet linen to cover. Any excessive pet hair or pet stains to carpet, linens, furniture or flooring and any damages to the property may result in additional fees. •Dog is not allowed to be left at the property alone under any circumstances. •Do not leave pet unattended outside. •Pet is not allowed in pool. Our pool is equipped with an electric heat pump. The electric heat pump captures heat from the ambient air and its effectiveness is reduced at temperatures below 55°. At these lower air temperatures there will not be any heat generated until the air temperature increases above 55°. The house was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed for an extended family getaway. The pool, hot tub and outside space were especially perfect for our group. We loved our stay! House was great -- LOTS of space, LOTS of bathrooms, clean, great pool, well-equipped kitchen, everything we needed for the beach including chairs and a boogie board, responsive management company. Neighborhood was lovely -- neighbors were super friendly and the walk to the beach was very easy. On the rare occasion that a car would pass us on the walk to the beach, they were always driving super slowly and would wave hello. Beach is great -- super walkable, so wide, great sand, clean, lots of room for everybody out. Would stay again in a heartbeat. ##### Christina R. A few very small things were missing: wine opener, more kitchen towels - but also came nicely stocked with supplies and dinnerware. Most rooms have bathrooms, which is great and the common spaces were comfortable. The pool and pool area was very nice! It’s a bit of a hike to the beach but ‘no whining on the yacht’ seemed to do the trick - gorgeous beach and great neighborhood. We all highly recommend for a large family reunion. ##### Elizabeth H. The house accommodated our party of sixteen perfectly! The bunkrooms were perfect for the kids and they loved the pool! The kitchen was large and well stocked... having three refrigerators (including the one at the Tiki Bar) was perfect for a big family. The only drawback is the length of the walk to the beach. Having a pickup to drive all the equipment to access path through the dunes was a lifesaver. ##### Frank R. We had 17 and there was comfortable space for everyone. The pool area was great for all ages and especially the children with the light show every evening. Beach access was easily managed and the beach itself was fun and safe for children and adults. The house exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable experience. Nice, safe walk to the beach. Not far from the drive-on entrance to the beach as well. We easily navigated the area. The house is nice. The beds are comfortable. There was no consideration for soundproofing in the home. The pool area is nice. The pool is "heated," but have no fear; it is still cold enough for your daily polar bear cold plunge. There was plenty of room. The property was very clean and had enough kitchen items and seating for 24\. The tv outside by the pool didn’t work. I issued a work order and the tv was replaced the same day. I really liked the digital board in the living room to submit tickets for maintenance, information about restaurants and activities in the area.
