The space Our property features two distinct structures: the main residence up front and a beautifully converted back property housing two cozy studio units, perfect for Airbnb guests. Studio offers a private, self-contained space designed for comfort and convenience. It also contains it's own private courtyard. Parking is available onsite, and the historic charm of St. Augustine is just steps away! Guest access Parking & Check-In Instructions After parking, please follow these steps to reach your studio at "Casa de las Fuentes": Park in the designated area on the property. Head to the far left side of the property, where you’ll find a walkway. Follow the walkway, which leads directly to the private courtyard. Your studio door is located just outside the courtyard—look for the sign reading "Casa de las Fuentes." If you have any trouble, please message me through the Airbnb platform. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note Access Challenges: The pathway to enter the studio units in the back property requires navigating three stairs up and three stairs down, which may pose difficulties for those with limited mobility.
