This cozy studio offers a private and stylish escape for your stay. Step into your 300-square-foot studio, featuring a comfortable queen bed, living room, dining area, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Enjoy modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and air conditioning. Relax in private courtyard just outside. The space Our property features two distinct structures: the main residence up front and a beautifully converted back property housing two cozy studio units, perfect for Airbnb guests. Studio offers a private, self-contained space designed for comfort and convenience. It also contains it's own private courtyard. Parking is available onsite, and the historic charm of St. Augustine is just steps away! Guest access Parking & Check-In Instructions After parking, please follow these steps to reach your studio at "Casa de las Fuentes": Park in the designated area on the property. Head to the far left side of the property, where you’ll find a walkway. Follow the walkway, which leads directly to the private courtyard. Your studio door is located just outside the courtyard—look for the sign reading "Casa de las Fuentes." If you have any trouble, please message me through the Airbnb platform. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note Access Challenges: The pathway to enter the studio units in the back property requires navigating three stairs up and three stairs down, which may pose difficulties for those with limited mobility. Bedroom Configuration: Studio apartment contains only one bed, making it unsuitable for additional guests or those requiring extra sleeping arrangements. The room was welcoming, comfortable and quiet. Penny thought of everything down to scented candles and soaps and yummy snacks. Check in and out was super easy, the place is beautiful, cozy, very clean and within perfect walking distance from the historic downtown area. I enjoyed having most of the conveniences of home i.e. the fridge, small kitchen area; they had everything you could think of and even some stuff you may have forgotten at home. The biggest plus to staying here are the host's... they are super kind, thoughtful and truly are vested in you enjoying their space and making sure that you enjoy your trip overall. Great place, quiet, close to downtown and very charming for a couple. The one flaw my daughter noted was the lack of an oven - she had planned to prepare a special meal for one night.
