The Neighborhood: St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city with Lincolnville being home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Blue Jewel is nearby the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery! Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot is just a few blocks away, perfect for grabbing a delicious breakfast before you explore downtown. Getting Around: The best way to get around all of St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with plenty of off street parking. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. We only had two people but 4 could easily be comfortable. Quiet lovely neighborhood with easy walkability to many restaurants and sights. Lincolnville is interesting all by itself. We went to the Cultural History Museum a few blocks away as well as just touring the neighborhood historical markers. The on/off trolley picks up a block away to go downtown. We were very pleased with the kitchen set up, essential spices, a small computer room, lots of places to put your things, ample closet space.
