With the two full bathrooms, this home makes it easy to accommodate your group. A full laundry room and office space, plus closet full of family amenities is en suite to the primary bedroom. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. You can walk just down the street to the beach! \*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99\. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). \*IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Located just a five minute drive from the home is a Publix grocery store with everything you could need! In that shopping center you can rent or buy equipment for any water sports activity. Just a seven minutes drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camachee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours! Getting Around: We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee. Its close to a beach that allows dogs as well.Its pet-friendly and super clean. Great for a small family gathering.
