This spacious two-bedroom features one bathroom and comfortably sleeps four. Enjoy a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and the convenience of off-street parking. Please note that pets are not allowed and spices are not included. Our property's location offers convenience but with potential noise considerations. Situated near a railroad track, train sounds may be audible, possibly affecting noise-sensitive individuals. Additionally, proximity to US-1 means light traffic sounds might be noticeable. 72 1/2 Saragossa st guest house is behind the house of 72 Saragossa st Guest house is behind the main home close at the heart of downtown, a popular destination known for its historic buildings, stores, restaurants, and art galleries. Saragosa Street is located just behind St. George Street in the historic area, making it an easy walk between the two streets. Pets are not on reservations. Only dogs allowed. $50 per dog. \-This property is routinely treated for pests, but bugs can still enter when doors are opened. Palmetto bugs may fly in and die overnight. Gnats, mosquitoes, and fruit flies may appear depending on the season and conditions, especially around open or unclean drinks. When walking around town, use mosquito repellent due to the buggy environment. It's a guest house on a lot with a bigger house, but it still was separate and very private. The space was clean, and instructions clear for check in and check out. Finding the back alley for parking was a little tricky, but not bad. There was only one parking spot for this unit that I could tell, but our other guests who stayed with us left their car in the downtown city parking garage for the weekend since you only have to pay to enter not per day, so it didn't bother us. The beds were comfortable, and we felt pretty safe in the neighborhood even walking back around midnight. I would recommend this place if you want to be able to walk to downtown, winery, etc! ##### Caraline B.
