The queen bedroom features a table for two and an updated bathroom with necessary amenities. Perfect for couples or light travelers who enjoy exploring historic towns, the upscale bathroom includes complimentary coffee, tea, and essential bathroom items. Guests can also enjoy Hulu and Netflix via the Roku homepage. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience! Please contact me at any time! We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town! Parking in the back is safe with quiet neighbors. Enter through the front entrance (Yellow door). This unit is #4\. Keypad entry to first door, second foyer doors. "Romance" is a compact and private studio that offers a full bath, along with amenities such as coffee/tea, a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster. It is ideal for short trips. The studio shares a beautiful garden with other units and is adorned with artistic and craft-forward accents. In the evenings, guests can relax in the garden, listening to the soothing fountains while enjoying a glass of wine and engaging in conversations with fellow travelers. The garden provides ample tables and seating for guests to unwind. Additionally, the beach is just a ten-minute drive away. "Romance" is one of the five units that share the garden and have private entrances. Conveniently located next to US-1, parking is easily accessible on the street or on the premises. Guests can also explore the nearby attractions, with the fort being a 10-minute walk away and St. George St. just 15 minutes away. •Walking is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away. Or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property! •Bikes are available for only guests staying on the property. Please use and return with care. \*Report any damages for necessary repairs\* •Parking Down Town 2.50 per hour, free after 5 pm and Sunday. Parking garage (1 Cordova st) $15 per day \-Dogs are permitted on the premises subject to prior approval, and a thorough sweeping of the area is required upon departure. Location is next to a vacant business. All of our properties are routinely treated for pests, but when the doors open bugs can come in; they love crumbs and open or unclean glasses of wine or pop, stagnant water from buckets and glasses and anywhere water accumulates, so please do your part! Definitely remember to use repellent when outdoors. \-No smoking inside \-No cable. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ connect to your streaming services to watch movies, TV shows, and other content over the internet \-Trashbins are in the back parking lot \-Close bottles of wine or tie bags with open cans/bottles to keep bugs from coming in. \*\*Cleaners may forget things as there are other units/properties, so please let me know what we could drop off or if we could fix areas that may need attention.
