The pool/hot tub area is very nice. They had a play area for the kids and a grill. The room was clean. The only thing was it is right next to I 95. I was on the front row, I had traffic noise. I got use to it and slept pretty good. For the location and the money, I would recommend this hotel.

The whole area is under major re-construction. Not the hotel but the roads and associated businesses. Made it harder to negotiate the area

Good place to stay for the night on the way to Miami. They have a nice playground for children, a hot tub and pool. Room was clean.

Carpet under bed was soaked. Adjoining door to next room did not appear to have strong lock. Some shady characters around property. Hot breakfast was the only positive. Dog in room below us barked all night

Staff was accommodating and polite. The room was clean just a bit stuffy maybe from the ac. The breakfast was great and with good selections. It’s just loud especially at night by the highway.

Ryan, the manager is extremely abusive. I gave an 8/10 review last time but I complained in review the breakfast tastes horrible. It does! That's MY opinion. I didn't appreciate getting YELLED at for smoking that nobody informed me of , that you must smoke in specific areas. Yes, the floors were greasy, horrible TV station selection and no HBO. I booked another night following week. I don't need to eat their horrible food. I spent the entire time sleeping as I was able to. I had to call front desk to inform employee to tell their kid to stop banging on the wall... And the kid did it again at 1am. I needed another night and book it and Ryan recognized my name and he YELLED in front of all of these guests due to because I don't like their breakfast food! I went in to renew hotel key.so I've heard for a long time from regulars that Ryan has serious anger issues and calls smokers sinners.... Tells guests he hates Florida and working in a hotel and moving to Virginia in June. All regulars have issues with him! I wish I had it on video to SUE. I should be reimbursed for my stat. NOTHING was satisfying at all period. Regulars are moving out ASAP due to Ryans anger. I can verify the rumors!!! I highly suggest anytime around him to record. I'm like many in St Augustine looking for an affordable place but sometimes need a hotel. Or prefer one rather than staying at a friend's. It is unacceptable his behavior and I'm kicked out because I mentioned I don't like the breakfast tha

With all due respect you were asked not to stay at our property due to chain smoking in front of rooms and disrespecting of our staff. In addition to taking videos of our staff members without their consent. We do not tolerate such behavior and wish you better luck elsewhere. Please do not return to our property or you will be promptly trespassed from the property.

We would book here again! From the dog park to the playground, breakfast and strong coffee, our stay was pleasant. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, we had plenty of towels in our family suite and expedia came through on the savings for us!

This is a good and reasonably priced placevto stay. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was tasty. The only thing I did not like was the noise from the Interstate. What I learned from this is that I need to be at least a few streets away from the noisy traffic.

I really like this hotel, but the issues are... Don't ever count on it getting in the hot tub. Parents and young kids in it especially if swimming in pool first.. You must hike to smoke a cigarette, and I really didn't appreciate it it getting YELLED at when I didn't know their rules. I've stayed here twice over the past year. Floors are greasy from mop. Otherwise so far cool beans. I don't like their hot food breakfast. Taste like trash. The workers pay attention to you and they make me feel questioned if I'm a criminal. Workers are WAY TOO SERIOUS and I never get a smile. And I've heard same with other guests. At least smile, say hi, show appreciation... It still hasn't happened. The selection of TV channel are low and takes an eon to see what's going on. The T stations are horrible.
