If you want to go into Old St. Augustine, just a quick walk across the bridge. Several restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. The house was very clean and had one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs, both with bathrooms. Two coffee makers, one regular and one small Keurig. Lots of parking. The property was beautiful—spacious, clean, and in a perfect location right between the beach and downtown St. Augustine. It had everything we needed, including beach gear, which was a nice bonus. The only issue we ran into was that the A/C took a while to cool down the condo since the vents were all closed when we arrived, which made it a bit uncomfortable at first.
