One story home. Very easy to get around. Very close to shopping malls and the beach. Garage is not included in the rental. South Hampton golf course is one of the finest golf course in Florida. Another home is available across the street for booking when a bigger group is coming. Easy access to the interstate and restaurants. Available for longer stays as well. License Agreement Terms and Conditions In accordance with the local laws, community rules and regulations Guest acknowledges and agrees that this is: License Agreement Only: When a guest agrees to make a reservation the guest agrees that the guest enters into a license agreement to go on the property and enters into an expressed license agreement between the Host and Guest. No rental agreement is entered by making a reservation. No fee is received for the issuance of the license. No fee is received to enter into the license agreement. No lease agreement is entered by making the reservation to go on the property. No Lease or Rental Agreement Created. This Agreement grants the Guest a limited, and revocable license agreement between Host and Guest to go on the Property. The licensee may not use, may not occupy and may not reside at the property. License Agreement does not grant or create any lease, tenancy, transient or other interest or estate in real property. No tenant landlord relationship is implied or expressed in this agreement. No Possessory Interest: The Guest has no right of possession, no leasehold, and no landlord-tenant relationship with the Host. NO WEDDINGS, this is a residential area and we cannot accommodate weddings at this home. Consideration: Consideration for the issuance of the license is intangible and is solely the satisfaction of hosting social guests at the property. No consideration is given in order to enter the license agreement. Any fees that are received are exclusively used to facilitate the issuance of a license. Nuisance: The home is subject to a strict no noise policy after 10pm. Exterior noise emanating from within dwelling or other improvements including without limitation, talking, singing, television, radio, cell phone, speaker, shall be maintained at such a volume that the noise is not audible beyond the boundaries of the Lot or Building Plot from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Any Guest deemed to be in violation of this policy shall have their license revoked and will be required to vacate the property. Acknowledgment: By proceeding with this reservation, the Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates only a license agreement, not a lease or tenancy, not a transient use or transient occupancy and that the Host retains full legal possession and control of the Property at all times. The host did not reach out prior to my arrival with entry instructions. I waited till 11pm the day prior to arrival and then I reached out via VRBO. The response was prompt and accurate, but I shouldn't have to chase those answers down. That was the full extent of my interactions with the host.The house's upkeep needs work too. The beds were suffering from some bowing. The dishwasher was broken on my arrival. When I looked under the sink to find supplies to hand wash my family's dishes... there was a strong unpleasant odor under there. I suspect that the smell is somehow related to the dishwasher, but a quick plumber's visit could/should have sorted it all out. Another example, the toilet in the master bath clearly has a leak, because the tank fill turns on every 60 seconds to top off the tank. Annoying but not serious... just a maintenance task that seems to be ignored. There were a few other minor things, but they were enough to remind us that no one was caring for maintaining the home well (missing drawer pulls, hand soap that was clearly an industrial cleaning product, etc)The cleaning was an issue as well. It was okay looking but clear hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. For example, I found cobwebs behind one of the bedroom doors. There was mildew in the jack & jill bathroom.This is a beautiful house but it needs more care ##### Russell S. My children and grandchildren did not stay after arriving to so many alive and dead roaches. I really appreciate the owner refunding our entire amount. We traveled from out of state and were concerned that we may not be able to get in the house. Emailed, texted and called owner and was never able to connect. Our adult son and his wife had just moved to Florida (across the road at the Stone Creek subdivision). My husband, daughter, sister and I decided to visit them and enjoy all the activities in the area. When you walk into the house, you feel that you’ve arrived at an expensive, cozy, summer house . . . you feel right at home. You look around and know this is a place where you can unwind and relax. The décor is lovely – the owners put a lot of thought, care, and expense into the décor, and it shows. The whole house was very clean – I didn’t find anything that was dirty, and I looked. My husband and I stayed in the Master Bedroom. The room was large and had plenty of space to put my belongings. I loved the large, walk-in closets – one for me and one for my husband! The bed was comfortable, but I was most impressed with the shower – I loved the design, it was so roomy, clean, had great water pressure, and maintained its temperature. I had plenty of counter space to put my makeup and hair products – thanks for furnishing a magnifying cosmetic mirror! Each morning, my husband and I enjoyed a cup of coffee sitting out on the large back porch overlooking the pond. It is such a beautiful view – and such a nice way to start our day! The house was exceptional, and we will definitely stay there again. Thank you to the owners for making our family get together extra special. ##### Keren D.
