Effortlessly enjoy relaxation at the beach, lounge all day by the pool, or drive 15-mins to downtown St. Augustine to explore the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites. The Seascape encompasses the true Florida beach lifestyle, as this beach retreat is equipped with all of the beach supplies that you will need for proper beach days including beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards ready to go for our guests! Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Closet (Sleeps 2). Guest Bedroom 3: Single bed w/ single trundle (Sleeps 2). Guest Bedroom 4: Queen sofa bed, Accent chairs, Two balconies w/ outdoor furniture, Desk (Sleeps 2). Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo located next to master bedroom and guest bedrooms on 2nd floor. Guests have access to the entire home. Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in. Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock. Located just south of St. Augustine Beach in the small community of Butler Beach - The community is quiet, easy-going, and an ideal getaway for those who want to explore St. Augustine. The beach is only a 3-min walk to Sea Oats Lane beach access. The street directly south of the home, Palmetto Road has a public boat ramp to the intracoastal waterway, which would be great to head by water to Matanzas Inlet or Downtown St. Augustine (Always be mindful of the tides). Restaurants and bars located to the north and south of the home which are easily accessible by vehicle.
