There is plenty of room to spread out, and it truly is an easy walk to the beach as well as the grocery store. The house was in good condition, and the air conditioner worked well.The kitchen was well equipped, but the main burner on the stove wouldn’t stay lit. Also, although the other burners worked, they were either on high heat or off. The oven and microwave worked fine, though.The main issues we had were with the lack of cleaning that took place before we got there. My children found some loose prescription pills in one of the second floor bedrooms when we first arrived. A bit later, they found a pouch of tobacco under a sofa cushion. We also found some “medicinal” gummies that had been (accidentally?) left in the pantry. We feel very fortunate that none of our kids consumed any of these things, as it could have resulted in a disaster. Less of a problem, but some of the pots and pans in the kitchen had been put away with food residue still in them.All in all, it was a great house in a great location, just wish the housekeeping had been a bit more thorough before we arrived. ##### Jennifer M. So much space for everyone. Well equipped for cooking and linens. Lots of extras like games, books, toys, beach gear. Adorable beach decor throughout. The bottom floor has a kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer and sink...along with a full bath. Backyard has a good size hot tub and fire pit. Fully fenced in which was great for the dogs. First floor has the main kitchen and living room with a guest bedroom and full bath (with a pocket door to close off both for privacy) and a kids bedroom w 4 beds and a 1/2 bath (with another pocket door to close off). Then the top floor has the master bed and bath. Streaming TVs in the master bed, main living room and bottom floor area. (The other bedrooms do not have a TV) The location was amazing. Several beach entrances very close by and walking distance to Publix and a few restaurants on Vilano Beach. A short 2 mile drive across bridge to main downtown historic district with tons of fun places to check out.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a spacious, enjoyable beach stay when visiting St. Augustine, especially those with their fur children. ##### Jill C. We appreciated the space & comfort that Seamora offered our group of 3 families. We were each able to have our own floor of the house, and enjoyed the generously big & well-stocked kitchen as well as the large dining table/living room for gathering as a group. The AC worked amazingly well, and we appreciated being able to control our own preferred temps on each level of the house. Lots of bathrooms!!! Appreciate the provided coffee, salt & pepper, paper products, leftovers containers, plastic wrap/foil etc! Also the streaming services on the tvs provided work easily! Kiddos appreciated the games & provided indoor toys/entertainment. For those who are considering renting, please note a couple of things that are not clear on the listing (things I would have wanted to know if I was considering this place for my group in the future): 1\. the top floor is as advertised, king master suite. 2\. The 2nd floor is the main floor of the house, where the shared spaces are located (kitchen, living, dining), this is also where the queen bedroom & bunk rooms are located. 3\. The first floor has a rec room with large tv, ping pong table, arcade & mini kitchen as well as the only access to the outdoor space/hot tub. It’s a great location, only a block from the beach! It was also easy access to downtown St Augustine to visit all the historical sites. So many options for all! Ping pong, games, and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the hot tub was a nice diversion. The house was very comfortable and was very well equipped. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table, games, boogey boards and jacuzzi. We had some maintaining issues (jacuzzi not working properly), backyard door unhinged, but they were quickly solved by the rental agency. ##### Cecilia A. Vilano Beach is a lovely area, groceries and restaurants close, the inlet beach is a couple of minutes to walk to and the regular beach is a short drive or a decent walk. The house is only 10-15 minutes from old St. Augustine with lots to do. We went to the Fish Camp Restaurant and we can't rave about that enough. (it had the trifecta, fabulous food, great atmosphere and perfect service, we highly recommend). The house was very comfortable and had enough room to spread out for our 5 adults, 4 teenagers , two younger kids and one dog. The house was well equipped in the kitchen, had some games, a ping pong table, boogie boards for the beach, and several TV's. There were adequate towels for the bathroom. Bring your own beach towels and some beach chairs if you like them. We look forward to being able to stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family. ##### Renee H. It took us less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach and with 8 kids that was exactly what we needed. There was so much room in this house to spread out. The house is perfectly located a few minutes from St. Augustine but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Restaurants and grocery store 2 minutes away was exactly what we needed. A lot of stairs (3 floors). Overall house was clean, but could be better. There was a smell coming from kitchen sink and when the drain cover was lifted on non disposal side, there were chunks of chicken left in there which was causing the smell. Dirty socks were found behind a throw pillow on the couch. Shag area rug had food and lots of hair stuck in it. Sinks were clean but sink faucets were not. Stuff like that, but overall clean and nice. For those with dogs, beware. Neighbors dog was not friendly to ours and on third encounter jumped the knee high fence to come to our side. All said, we had a nice time and very much enjoyed the beach! ##### Judith B.
