Cozy, but just right for 3 of us and our dog. Furniture, beds, decor all modern and new. Beds were especially comfy. Beach access was key to our selection of this cottage. The beach was a short two minute walk. Nice clean wide beach. I think our dog loved it even more than we did. Neighbors were very friendly and the pool was a great place to chill in the afternoon. Would have liked better furniture on the porch. Only two chairs were available. The others were broken. Some cottages in the development had nice wood decks.
