Linda was an excellent communicator and very prompt to address a minor issue we had. The location of this unit was an easy walk to everything in historic downtown St Augustine.. Remodeled, very clean and perfect for a couples get away. We would definitely rebook this unit or one of the many other units that she has. 5 Stars.

Walking distance from town

Small, charming apartment within walking distance from downtown St. Augustine. Linda was great to work with. Property is clean and has nice decor! The only downside is that we found the seating and bed quite uncomfortable.

Perfect Location!

We wanted to explore St. Augustine, particularly the historic district. Linda’s property was the perfect location - just on the edge of the district. It was close to everything, but also the right distance so it was quiet at night. Linda provided restaurant and site suggestions for exploration. She was also readily available for any questions we had.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

This is the second time staying here and again it did not disappoint! We can literally walk everywhere and the space is clean, cozy, and quiet. The only recommendation I have is to put a sign on the garage parking spot that the space is for the above garage unit only. We left once and a large SUV parked there and we had to squeeze in.

Wonderful place. Walking distance to everything up to the Bridge of Lions. Easy check in and move out. Grill wouldn't light, so we used the range. Other than that, no problems.

Amazing little place!

My husband and I stayed for a few nights and this was a perfect place! The location is within walking distance (approx 10 minute walk) to everything in historic downtown. The house (1BR/1BA) was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and had a full kitchen. The house was very clean and looked exactly as pictured and described. Highly recommend!!

Great spot for our extended family weekend trip

From grandparents down to the youngest member of our family (13) this was a great spot! Plenty of room for everyone (we rented the sister property next door too - the Historic Lady), plenty of (beautiful) bathrooms, plenty of gathering spaces, nice kitchen, great location. We did the very short walk to downtown many times. Lots of space and privacy for all of our different family members between the two houses. We were busy going to family wedding events so didn't really have time to use the outdoor spaces or go to the beach or anything like that. The host was very responsive and helpful! These houses are in a very pretty and safe neighborhood. I think we all know that real estate photos often distort the dimensions, the only real surprise was the Romantic Getaway cottage is much smaller inside than the photos suggest, but that did not impact our stay at all.

Quiet but close to town

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short weekend trip and loved it! We were in easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see, but were able to relax in bed and watch TV with dinner there as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The appliances are all nice and the bed and bathroom were very clean. My only minor complaint was the fan in the living room did not work because the remote was either broke or the battery was dead. The move in/move out instructions were easy and didn’t require huge overhaul cleaning. We would stay here again and would recommend it for no more than one adult couple.
