Step inside your very own slice of paradise and be greeted with a bright, welcoming space designed and styled with your comfort in mind along with everything you could need for a relaxing, beachside stay.



The spacious lounge gives you a comfortable place to gather together after a day at the beach with over 100+ channels to choose from on the big screen. The sofa can also be converted into a queen bed to create an additional sleeping space for two.



Walk through into the powder white kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast lunch and dinner. Sit up at the breakfast bar for meals or if you don’t feel like cooking treat yourself with some of the best restaurants in town all right on your doorstep including Stir It Up, Mango Mangos and Kookaburra.



Wake up to the sounds of the ocean in the luxuriously large king bed within the master bedroom. Here you will find an additional TV and a dresser for you to unpack and make yourself at home.



The second bedroom is filled with two twin beds and a third TV giving everyone their own space to unwind and recharge.

SECURITY CAMERAS: The home has 2 active security cameras- 1 installed at the front of the home facing the parking area and the other facing the pool and full pool deck area. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire suite and outdoor areas including community pool as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for up to 3 cars, complimentary coffee for your first morning and access to 100+ channels on the 3 TVs.



The Neighborhood:

The Flamingo suite is located just one block from the white sandy beach on the stunning Anastasia Island.



The Island shares the rich and varied history that St. Augustine and its historic district holds. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants all with a laid back, breezy vibe giving you the ideal place to escape the crowds of the St. Augustine downtown area.



A trademark of Anastasia Island is the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum. The lighthouse serves as an educational museum where you can view the many exhibits in the keeper’s house and 3 other historic structures, walk the picturesque grounds, and walk up the 219 steps to the top of the lighthouse for spectacular views.





Visit the picturesque Anastasia State Park that features 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches to relax on with plenty of things to do including bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. You can also rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and see the park from the water.



Just one block from the suite is the gorgeous St. Augustine Beach. Here you’ll find seaside restaurants, shops, and St. John’s County Ocean Pier Park. Head to the beach for some relaxation, take a walk along the shore or hire a bike and ride along the hard-packed sand.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay and plenty of off street parking.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.



The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
