The home features a queen ensuite downstairs with walk-in shower and french doors leading to the pool. Second floor living areas have access to a large deck overlooking the private pool. A queen sleeper sofa is conveniently located on this floor in the second living space. The third floor is dedicated to sleeping space having the Master suite with jacuzzi, walk-in shower, and balcony with ocean view at one end of the hall, and the other bedrooms on the other. We were a multi-generational family and enjoyed the pool as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach. Walking distance to two fantastic restaurants and putt putt. Pool is perfect size to relax in the evening after a long day at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. We absolutely loved our stay at the Sunsetter. Home was roomy, comfortable and had everything needed for extended stay. It was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, beach and even mini golf. Pool was heated and maintained by i-trip staff. The management company was the best we've ever had in rentals. Their response to any issues was immediate and friendly. Would highly recommend properties using i-trip management. ##### Mary k. House was very clean and well-stocked. All was in good working order as well. Garage had lots of extra beach toys, wagon, pool toys, etc. We had a great time walking to the beach and enjoying the pool. The home was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. The location is a short walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the pool and patio area for family time. Several restaurants are within walking distance. We recommend The Beachcomber for an affordable and delicious meal. Our only suggestion to the property owner would be to replace the cushions on the main deck furniture as their are very worn. Also the beach chairs are in poor condition. With that said, it certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. We really did enjoy our family vacation at The Sunsetter. ##### Carol M.
