This property is a 2nd floor unit within walking distance to downtown St. Augustine. The property has an updated fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and a spacious living room. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed. There are flat screen smart televisions in both of the bedrooms and the living room. The balcony overlooks the other historic homes in the area. Neighborhood had a lot of run down houses so that was a turn off. 1/2 mile walk to shops was really convenient. Communication with host fantastic, responded quickly to messages. We had two big inconveniences , broken dishwasher, and malfunctioning fire alarm, we were given some reimbursement for that. Other things could be improved upon- Lousy 1 ply TP, my 2 biggest complaint was the water. It smelled so bad, I get probably out of host control but I couldn’t stand going into the bathroom. I’m also very anxious about drinking water and while a water pitcher was provided it didn’t have a filter and no ice maker meant we had to buy bottled water and ice. This will probably stop me from returning, which saddens me because otherwise was a great place. ##### Alicia W.
