SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199\. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. \*IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. The set up of the house is very unique with beautiful views of the ocean!! The house was very clean, with all the amenities that you need for a beach vacation. The tiki bar was so cute and the fire pit was a great time making smores!! It is very close to stores and restaurants, less than a 10 minute drive. We were 10 women and had plenty of space. Dani and Team were always available whenever we had a question. We did not have any problems with the house or check in. While the furnishing and amenities were very good. The spiral staircase was a real downer. Ever try to carry a suitcase, or anything for that matter, up or down a spiral staircase? For the price paid this was not a good value. Also the tiki bar was a disaster. It is in a bad state of repair, and for all practical purposes, unusable. ##### Dayle R.
