Guests can open windows or doors to listen to the pounding of the surf, or close them to create a sense of being away from it all. The home has been tastefully decorated by an interior designer and outfitted with modern amenities, including two flat-screen TVs (with Cable & DVD players), WI-FI internet access, plantation shutters, an electric grill and indoor or outdoor dining options. The condo also comes with central air and ceiling fans. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. Maintenance couldn't fix the unit which didn't surprise me considering the time, but the lack of concern of my families well being by the management was completely unacceptable. A maintenance man said he would contact management about what could be done considering it was over 90 degrees in our condo. He never came back with an answer or fans to try to make the night bearable. When I went to checkout the next morning and talked with Marie, the Manager about some kind of reparation for what we went through for the last 14 hours, she said she would look into it and contact me. It has been almost 3 days and I have not heard from her. Easy accessibility, great property management (even on Christmas) and super easy beach access. #305 has been recently renovated with exceptional furnishings and a new master bath. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a magnificent location and offers a load of things to do if you,'fe interested. The condo is in a great location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Although very clean the couches appear to be of inadequate construction as they are very uncomfortable and the Wifi was not accessible. The property is immaculate, and the beach access is unbeatable. A pleasant surprise for Summerhouse was the absence of an extensive list of must-do tasks before departure. The only things to do were to run the dishwasher and take out the trash, which are no-brainers. Everything else (stripping beds, laundry, etc.) was handled by the Summerhouse staff. The only dings for the experience had to do with the less-than-optimal check-in and communications. Both were addressed by Diana, and everything was made right and then some. So much so that we’ve returned for another stay. ##### virgilio e. Stayed 3 nights in Apr 2021 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Craig & Donna H., Martin, TN Oct 11, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Room 254 We actually rented out 305 when we got there at 9 o’clock that night the room had not been cleaned yet so they put us in 254 which was awesome it had everything we needed in it it was a king size bed to wear the other one was only a queen size it was very tastefully decorated I didn’t find any utensils or dishes that I did not need and I cooked all of our meals for a week except for three I would definitely recommend room to 254 to anyone it had a large screen TV in both bedrooms and in the living room which my husband loved the view of the ocean was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable The TV in the living room was a smart TV so we were able to watch our Netflix Hulu and everything on itAnd we could not hear anyone through the walls ##### Craig & Donna H.
