No outside lights so my husband fell down the stairs and into the bushes because he couldn’t see. Roaches crawling all over the kitchen and roach eggs on the rug and in the drawer. My pillow cases had someone else’s hair all over them and no wash cloths in the room. I felt disgusted and like I wasted my money and had no choice but to stay or lose my full payment. I ended up walking around the front and recognized the balcony furniture from the listing. The unit is on the second and third floors so many steps leading up to it. The living room couch is very uncomfortable so had to watch tv in bedroom. WiFi was not great. Bring a fire stick or RoKu if you want to watch anything other than Samsung stations. A better set of silverware would be nice. Overall, I would recommend this property. ##### Paul S. Good location on a nice stretch of beach with a lot of open green area. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so not a ground floor unit which was my impression before I got there (prolly my fault for not reading more closely). My only critique is the two upstairs bedrooms have to share a bathroom. Otherwise you have to walk downstairs to the only other bath. Also, it’s a little small with only enough comfortable inside the seating for 3 adults (small sofa and one very comfy chair) plus kitchen table and chairs. Also on the balcony there is a very nice high top table and chairs with a great view of the grounds. I would say this place is good for a family of 4 with kids but not so much for two adult couples due to the shared bathroom upstairs.
