Relax with your family and friends in this beautiful first floor unit located in the premier Ocean Village Club. The best part is the screened patio that leads to your own private oasis. This is a quiet, gated community with private beach access, 2 saltwater pools (1 heated), tennis, shuffleboard, fitness room, clubhouse access and 2 grilling/pavilion areas. If you want a break from the famous beaches, then just minutes away are leading attractions, restaurants and shopping in historic St. Augustine! Unit includes- One king size bed One queen bed One twin bed One full sleeper sofa Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and a mini coffee bar. Entertainment: Direct TV WiFi 55” TV in living room 50” TV in master bedroom 42” TV in guest bedroom Books & games Full washer and dryer Quality linens, included Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and beach wagon provided Private screened patio with 2 chairs This is a pet free, non-smoking unit. 3 night minimum This unit is a corner unit located on the first floor in Building I. The easy walk from the unit to the beach is approximately 5 minutes. There are sidewalks and ramp walkways. There are NO stairs. There is a pool by the beach access walkover and there is one heated pool behind building J (approximately a 2-3 minute walk). There are shuffleboards, tennis courts, grills, and a fitness room all available on the property to our guests. The walk from the parking lot to the front door is 50 feet.
