Enter the lower level, where a comfortable living area awaits, furnished with plush sofas, two matching accent chairs encircling a large smart TV. Adjacent to this space, you'll find a wet bar and wine cooler—ideal for watching the game, sipping drinks, and enjoying a game of ping pong in the garage.  
  
A full-size bathroom and a laundry room equipped with two washing machines and two dryers are conveniently located nearby to handle all your pool and beach towel needs.
