A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, waffle maker, wine glasses, and charcuterie board awaits your cooking expertise. An open-concept dining area with an island for preparing meals looks out to the living area with views of the backyard perfect for bird watching and relaxing. A table for 6 seating is perfect for family gatherings while you dine on the oval-shaped wooden table designed with a modern flair. Gather in the main living room to relax on the comfortable chaise lounge sofa while reading or taking in a movie. Enjoy board games, puzzles, and card games with family and friends to create fun-filled memories. Within walking or biking distance to attraction and restaurants, which was good because the parking can be bad in downtown. Not far from the center of town, yet on a peaceful and quiet street. The house is spotless, uncluttered and roomy. This was our first visit to St. Augustine and the Lighthouse Beacon was the perfect place to experience it! Nick and Lourdes have not missed a thing in setting up their home for comfort and enjoyment. We appreciated the attention to detail, the immaculate space, the well stocked kitchen, the comfort of its beds and furniture, and the personal touches that were put in place just for us. The house was very clean, well equipped, and close to downtown St.Augustine and beaches. The yard was large and the grill was a perk. There are bikes included as well. The area the home is located in was quiet and quite safe. We loved the lighthouse view from the master. Both bedrooms are located upstairs so if you have a guest with a mobility issue, they would need to use the pull-out sofa and not have access to a shower or tub.
