This spacious 1,500 square foot vaulted ceiling home boasts two bedrooms with two and a half baths and sleeps six comfortably. Natural sunlight with glass windows throughout the home provides an airy and bright, yet relaxing atmosphere with well-thought-out modern furniture to provide comfort and relaxation during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, waffle maker, wine glasses, and charcuterie board awaits your cooking expertise. An open-concept dining area with an island for preparing meals looks out to the living area with views of the backyard perfect for bird watching and relaxing. A table for 6 seating is perfect for family gatherings while you dine on the oval-shaped wooden table designed with a modern flair. Gather in the main living room to relax on the comfortable chaise lounge sofa while reading or taking in a movie. Enjoy board games, puzzles, and card games with family and friends to create fun-filled memories. Work from home while you will sit at a custom-built floating shelf just for your laptop with space for note taking and materials using the high-speed internet provided during your stay. Both bedrooms are located upstairs so if you have a guest with a mobility issue, they would need to use the pull-out sofa and not have access to a shower or tub. We had everything we needed at the property and more. The home is conveniently located to local hot spots and a short car ride to the historical downtown St. Augustine. The house was very clean, well equipped, and close to downtown St.Augustine and beaches. It truly is as it appears in the photos which is not always the case with other properties we’ve rented, sight unseen. The hosts have thoughtfully equipped this home with everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation, even adding special touches and a welcome gift. They provide you with helpful suggestions for places to visit, as well as, restaurant ideas. The hosts were responsive and kind. Comfortable beds, too. This was our first visit to St. Augustine and the Lighthouse Beacon was the perfect place to experience it! Nick and Lourdes have not missed a thing in setting up their home for comfort and enjoyment. We appreciated the attention to detail, the immaculate space, the well stocked kitchen, the comfort of its beds and furniture, and the personal touches that were put in place just for us. Its location feels close to it all, but not in the midst of the busy that St. Augustine downtown can be. We hope to come back some day! ##### Andrea A.
